💌 How long does shipping take?
At this time, only local pick-up is offered in Blacksburg, Virginia. Please email me if you would like to discuss shipping options within the U.S.
📦 What if my order arrives damaged?
We carefully package all orders, but if your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help make it right. However, due to frequency of items being in sold out status we may not be able to offer a replacement item.
✨ Are your items authentic?
We strive to source authentic products and collectibles from trusted wholesalers, distributors, and small businesses whenever possible. If an item is not authentic or a "dupe," this will be clearly listed in the listing. if you do not feel comfortable with purchasing items that may arrive with manufacturer defects, please do not purchase inauthentic items. These items are non-refundable.

Some popular items may restock depending on supplier availability.

Some items may contain small parts and are intended for collectors or children over 3 years old. Adult supervision is recommended when appropriate.

Due to the collectible nature of many items, all sales are generally final unless an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order. Please contact us if you have any concerns!
